Requirements

* Another player with a level 40 Stalker

Strategy

* Go to St. Martial
* Your partner runs though the paper missions. You are looking for the find-item or kill-mob type of quests.
* Team up with your partner
* Let your partner enter the mission
* Quit out of the team
* Have your partner stealth to the boss and grab the item
* Get re-invited
* Enter the mission
* Have your friend complete the mission

That's all - reward: 5000+ xp. You can do this of course with other players as well and powerlevel multiple accounts at the same time this way.
