Any way in the quest "calming the wake" u start the quest in the city of bree from a man in the mayors office. in this quest u must kill 12 barrow wites. once done go back and talk to the man again once he gives u the reward retern to the barrows and kill 1 more wite then retern to a man and u can get the reward again, repeat untill satisfied.
