There are some AoE skills from dirty fighting school. The trick is pretty easy to apply. First off, ready your flash power while running into a group of enemy crew along with the captain. Order all your crew to gank the captain and then throw a flash at him. Even though the enemy captain is level 50 and such, he will die in less than 5 seconds.
