You can mount anywhere outdoors where you are usually unable to mount ie: boat, zep, zep tower or anywhere else. All you have to do is jump on a box, rope, edge of ground and "half fall off": E.g. at the end of the Zepellin, where the game engine shows you standing in thin air if you move to the very front.
