All you need to do is pull out your desired per and have Jumper Cables equipped and ready to use. Then you sacrifice your pet using Demonic Sacrifice. Right after doing so click on the Jumper Cables to resurrect your pet.
Et voilá: You should now have Master Demonology and should have kept Demonic Sacrifice.
